The Clintons have developed a way of control that can zap out an insight, but worse still program thoughts, delete thoughts to make a person completely devoid of free will and the abilities to self govern as every citizen of Earth, holds as a birthright.

Eg: Mr Roy Mwangi Ombatti, has thoughts from his embodied clarity (to go certain way in the situation, at the White House) they get progammed real-time into thoughts that don’t preserve his strategic goals and personal needs, desires, his free will essentially. His impulses are being controlled to make him redact the record for Clintons’. His sexual impulses are being nudged in the direction that Clinton’s whims.

I have personally experienced insights that are forming in my head being sucked out and deleted from my mind as part of a juicing strategy. I have also sensed memory manipulation and thought flow, to move me away from certain topics, memories etc. These have all been done remotely using tech mentioned here. eg: I was thinking about Roy and thought about another person were put in.

This is all part of a 8-ball strategy being employed by the Clintons to evade accountability for genocide with eugenists and sexist theology driving it.

His immediate medical need is to be able to leave the White House.

Mr Roy Mwangi Ombatti, is a brilliant Kenyan social entrepreneur (as I knew him when I met him, turns out now, that he also a player and a underworld don, and I am finding out that those two things kinda go together!) who has been abused by Bill Clinton since he was in his mom’s belly. He is my twinflame. We are not in a romantic or sexual relationship. He is using the nature of our bond to gain advantage in the situation at the White House, either of his own will or due to the control of Bill Clinton, I am unsure as of now.
