What I am going through right now, some facets about torture under white supremacy....

Note to reader: This is being updated by the author almost daily as more facts emerge about this ongoing situation.

The big play on immigrants and people of color the world over? Juice & Chum. Juice? Brain drain of brilliant minds to make investments and content wealth by abusing national security technology. Chum? Explored below, and please bear with me on it, as its gruesome! For now, who does this Juice and Chum thing?……Wait for it….Bill Clinton!!!

I went to Hult International Business School for a year long Masters in Social Entrepreneurship in 2013. At that time what I did know is that the man in this brochure I received while getting admitance was a little womanizery (“I did not have sexual relations with that woman”!). What I did not know was Hult was a cover for the above strategy of Juice & Chum and that THIS 42nd president was actually WAIT FOR IT………a genocidal, incestuous eugenist! And that I presently, and my lineage have been a victims to his lineage for generations.

This situation I have named #babydemic. Key Quick Facts about it:

In 2026, Bill Clinton’s death toll is estimated to be ~ 40 Million (80% women between the age of 9-17years), Hitler’s in 1940 was 12 and 14 million! (Source).
AD 1700, 9 Million menstruating women had been burnt by a decree of Pope Innocent VIII of deeming them witches. (Source). Pope Innocent VIII was framed by ancestors of Clinton.
It is directly related to 9/11. In fact the 9/11 mastermind is being unveiled in the true nature of their crimes.
Bill Clinton has 8 Million to 20 Million illegitimate children.
My lineage has been a target for generations and I only found out about this in 2026 after an unlawful termination in 2023, retaliatory harrassment leading to a disability application in 2025. All along I also started being tortured and still am by Bill Clinton.
Many Clinton babies are among us who operate as spies, assassins and infiltrate major religious, academic, corporate, government institutions the world over. Many more don’t even know they are Clinton babies yet. They are told this along with inheritance information when a person linked to them comes under his mark for assassination.
I am facing ongoing life threat as a witness to this situation in the White House.
Approx 60% of my classmates at Hult were Clinton Babies. And 10-30% of attendies to most events I have attended since coming to the US have also turned out to be Clinton Babies. With a former colleague Trevor Hyman, also trying to assassinate me in August 2023.

1. Update on my Disability Application: On January 8th 2022, while playing ultimate frisbee, I tear my ACL, I get surgery do, rehab and get back my range of motion. This seemingly common to happen sports injury is revealed in July 2026 as a crafted injury to make me more vulnerable and disadvantaged in the Juice & Chum strategy of Bill Clinton from Hult! Soon after this I was also unlawfully terminated from my non profit job where I made 148000 dollars a year as a design and innovation director. That followed years of torture which is still underway and my crisis has become part of a situation at the White House after I applied for disability to help me manage my expenses on losing both income and the ability to generate it.

My disability application has been subjected to fraud by the Clintons. Specifically, my digital form filled in May 2025 was removed from the Social Security records, and I was sent a physical notice about a denial. Upon inquiring through the customer care line, I was asked to submit forms SSA 827, SSA 3368, and SSA 561 in person, which I did in September 2025 at the 22nd St Oakland Office. I received a notice in November 2025, saying I was eligible for Social Security benefits and needed to fill out an application. Which was off, given that I had already submitted it twice by then. On questioning the notice, I was given an in-person appointment, which finally took place at the East Mont Social Security office with Officer Bianca Cervantes-Valencia on Feb 20th 2026. I was made to file two applications - Disability (for the third time), and SSI (Supplemental Security Income), and the data about me was manipulated to fit a strategy that ties itself to the events of my unlawful termination from Start Early in April 2023 (which was the company that acquired the Early Learning Lab to which I was employed in April 2019. Since then it has come to light that this business acquisition was the mastermind of Bill Clinton).

Note to Readers: The difference between what we may have perceived as reality and what the facts are about Bill Clinton is shocking for most of us. Almost all of us have been directly impacted by his ploys on global perception. I recommend the reader take it one step at a time as so many of us may have made life impacting choices based on a false perception and that cost to our life force, life span is a deep and hard to heal wound.

On May 1st 2023, I was tagged as a suicide bomber by Mikela (an illegitimate child and and baby-mommy to three kids by Bill Clinton, who was the lawyer hired by Start Early to manage my licensing agreement with the company in 2021 and HR complaint against Chris Schirrino (for bullying and an aggravated physical assault in the workplace in February 2023). The information about my marriage to Preston Daniel Phelan, which was the basis of my citizenship in Feb 2020, was being targeted to facilitate a longer-term strategy of murder (me and subsequent generations) by framing me as fraudulently seeking Social Security Benefits to continue surveillance and other invasions of privacy. This was further evidenced by my citizenship interview officer, Riffka, from my Feb 2020 interview at the USCIS office in San Francisco, also being unlawfully detained (or an operative herself undercover as an immigration officer) to control the data associated with my Immigration process and disability concurrently. As these facts emerged, I made a report with the Inspector General of Social Security Fraud on June 1st 2026, 10:20am ish using my personal phone number and device (purchased on arrival to the US and phone purchased in 2021).

2. The grief of being targeted that spreads beyond my body and family system: What has been perhaps the most shocking cruelty to witness about white supremacy is the mindless murder of innocent people whose only misfortune is having been associated with me in some way as professional or personal connections.

My cousin Mila Malhotra, a resident of Illinois, who was rufied and impregnated by Peter Sandler or Bill Clinton to have marital rights in my family system. The same was done to my sibling Chhavi Kakkar and my cousin in India Akanksha Chopra. This strategy to gain rights over multiple members of the family system is a legal workaround to facilitate privacy violations, abuse of medical access and information etc. These rights also facilitate the ability to torture (using many technologies discussed further below in this blog) and terminate if needed without due course in the case that is needed to intimidate, silence and remove evidence. The targeting of these three women in my family system is about gaining legal authority over my family in three countries.

Naresh Sharma, my ex-boyfriend from India (2007 to 2013 timespan of relationship), was remotely assassinated by Peter Sandler* (son of Bill Clinton, and has 10,012 illegitimate children of his own, who infiltrated the FBI reporting to Clinton as a spy). The targeting of Naresh was done because of the establishment of correspondence between him and me post May 1st 2023. Under disguise, Peter identified me as his mark in person on November 14th 2019, at a Social Change conference after-party at Claremont Club and Spa in Oakland CA. He pretended to have done the Regenesis Practitioner Training I had completed the year before, which built instant rapport.

Naresh Sharma was killed by Peter through the development of delirium and shock, remotely using psychological abuse. This was done by abuse of my digital privacy and information about his health and mine using technology discussed below and satellite technology developed by Bill Clinton during his term as president and subsequently after 9/11.

Regarding the remote assassination specifically, Naresh was shown at least one video of me having sex with my ex-husband Preston Daniel Phelan using remote viewing mimicking technology developed by Bill Clinton on noticing his behaviours. He was also brought in for questioning based on doctored evidence in Bangalore and/or Mumbai. He was remotely assassinated between April 2-4th 2026 after him becoming a mark in November 2025 (6-month timeframe to create delirium and shock to kill undetected). He was identified as dead by an FBI agent, Cam S., who also infiltrated my social circle in October 2023 at a feminine leadership and sexuality workshop.

On April 6th 2026 - Naresh’s body was sent fraudulently to a medical facility in Bangalore to be prepared as ‘Chum’, a word meaning the abuse of his DNA in the form of hair, blood, bones, iris scans, fingerprints etc to fraudulently evidence crimes all over the world related to the activities of Bill Clinton and his operatives that Naresh Sharma has nothing to do with. His family was not given the human dignity of a burial of a loved one (as of the date of posting).

Naresh Sharma was a regular meditator and follower of Sri Sathya Sai Baba and Paramhansa Yogananda. He loved dark chocolate and also loved movies. He was bullied in school a lot and was also a victim of emotional and sexual trauma. It was through him, among others, that I myself developed my intrinsic spiritual nature. We would often meditate together at Marine Drive. He also exposed me to a lot of beautiful and inspiring world cinema and spiritual community. I am still unable to fully process, integrate, and grieve this, given I am still under siege from Clinton and his operatives.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Around May 2026, Naresh Sharma’s brain was sadistically served to Mr. Roy Mwangi Ombatti at a dinner at the White House by Bill Clinton and his operatives. Mr. Roy Mwangi Ombatti was unaware of this and found out about this last week and has been every disturbed since.

2. On July 27th 2026, a doppelgänger of Naresh Sharma was brought into the White House to discredit this blog as it shares incriminating information of the Clintons. This doppelgänger of Naresh Sharma is likely using the digital accounts on FB, IG etc to be kept alive in perception of our shared connections. This strategy is a manipulation tactic being used by the Clintons and has likely been used before for many other people whose doppelgänger have been invited into the White House during Situation’s to evade accountability.

Adding the symbol OM to resonant passages in books was a behaviour I learnt from Naresh.

Amanda Greene: in 2019 while I was in the midst of housing, financial and marriage instability, I found out that Amanda has fallen sick. She had gone from her exuberant self to a skeletal form. Within months of finding out that she is sick with cancer, she was already on her death bed and I was only able to attend a memorial held for her online. Something about that moment of her passing stuck with me, I did not know then how and why! Fast forward to 2026, while myself being targeted fro murder, what surfaces is that Amanda was also remote assassinated, but this time using a medication prescribed and taken at Kaiser Permanente. She was willfully infected with cancer and mercury to crate a fast acting effect of ill health and death. This was one very skillfully by people who have done this millions of times. Her intuitive sense was that something is off and she pursued to get information and was remote assassinated to keep the facts about terrorism by Clintons remaining unknown.

Her case against KP never reached a verdict as she passed before. Her story and justice remained hidden until these facts came to the surface as my own prescriptions from KP were tampered with by Bill Clinton operatives and my medical data was subject to release of information fraud by the same people.

Amanda, had a deep sense of purpose and love for humanity. She loved natural products like me. Was a avid yoga enthusiast and traveled to Standing Rock to protect the water for days. She took great care in the ways everything about the event would unfold. The cutlery was also compostable, and the food always lovingly splurged on as the people she served, she knew grew up in food deserts. Her heart was big and her spirit lively. She loved to dance and I cannot believe we have lost such a wonderful soul who was doing the good work that even God would ordain holy.

I met Amanda on Dec 2, 2015, at Impact Hub Oakland and we struck a sense of kinship instantly. May her soul rest in power!

3. Strategies to silence: What I have come to recognise as the first step in the strategy of white supremacists like Bill Clinton is - once someone speaks up, or he (or one of his close operatives who are genetically related) assumes some threat, grievance, grudge, dislike, and needs to ‘get rid’ of them:

Remove (kill) ALL favorable connections of the target and all anecdotal evidence that lives within relationships and interactions of pertinence like officers who interviewed them for immigration, previous lovers, bosses, colleagues etc. And to do this while also doing the following:
Band together and bring into the personal circle of the Clintons all unfavorable connections of the target. They do this by using invitations to high-profile events and personal meetings with Bill Clinton. For impressionable men, invitations to sexual events are used to make the bonds more intimate, which will eventually facilitate conversations that can reveal more and more deeper entrapments. While this also makes the young men of color perceive a specialness and exclusivity in relation to Clinton’s social status, making it an enduring and effective seduction on the unfortunate intergenerational whiteness lifestyle being aspirational among people of color and poorer folk the world over.
Eg: My high school boyfriend, Anirban Dasgupta, was infiltrated using operatives in Mumbai that are Indian to come to a party, where Mikela (reminder - lawyer of previous employer) then initiated a flirty eager conversation which would lead to the development of a sexual relationship, which eventually led to a jet plane ride to Thailand to shake hands with Bill Clinton while Clinton was at an ‘exclusive policy event’. Then became a let us swing whores play initiated by Bill Clinton showing interest in Yojna Rathee, my high school best friend. This also eventually led to the invitation for an ultra-exclusive and sinister visit to Clinton’s Wyoming/Massachusetts/Hawaii/Kuwait shed for a sex event called ‘milkshake’ (sexual violence including murder) with a small group of men of 10 or fewer. He was targeted because, in September 2023, in conversations, our friendship went sour over his cheating on me with my best friend in high school, coming up 24 years later, and my phone calls becoming privy to Bill Clinton and his operatives (due to the abuse of my privacy on false grounds).
Using social media to manipulate network perceptions for the long-term hate, aversion generation and isolation of the target before being killed over decades and sometimes weeks, if needed. E.g., intimate images of mine that were not meant for public viewing and lived in the privacy of my personal photo gallery on my phone or with my ex-husband were fraudulently put into the feed of my social contacts (IG, Facebook, LinkedIn) as part of a strategy to use sexual shame to bulldoze/cancel me among what would be favorable relationships and well-wishers. The use of social media to generate social shame (or any other emotion, as Naresh also started to receive news and feed updates that would build over time into a shock as part of the remote assassination protocol) as a way to disadvantage the target that the ‘remote assassin’ is eventually planning to eliminate. This bulldozing and ghosting is also a sexual practice among men who adhere to what is called the ‘playbook’ and contains the ‘brocode’. This document, which is handwritten notes in the voice of a cool dad, brother, and best friend, lists multiple ways to approach sexuality as a man on earth. Bill Clinton used this playbook as part of his racist strategy to entrain and control black and brown young men all over the world. Adherents of this playbook are the majority of my aggressors. And they are all entrained to be killers. If a woman says ‘No’ to a sexual advance, you kill them using many different versions of how including a gang rape and kill called ‘milkshake.’
Using ALL telecommunications to block, intercept, change communications between a mark and all contacts. Eg: I share a blog post (this one) with family and friends to help them understand what I am going through and the post is changed to be me sharing sexual imagery of myself or something like that to deter people from looking at my messages, understanding what I am going through and further isolate me. Whatsapp, FB, IG dms all are intercepted if needed.
Connections with most executives of various companies that provide key services in communication, date and transportation for example. Eg: Emails being deleted, photo gallery images being deleted that pertain to my marriage in certain years, my search feed being changed real time, I share a post like this and it becomes a sexually implicit image on the other end.

4. Entrainment: Entrainment happens as a lifelong strategy and also as a strategy to gain control over someone. Life long strategy will involve the limbic resonance to wealth, luxury, high profile, high end lifestyle being seeded into the reality to a young vulnerable sapien. Could be an illegitimate child from a black or brown mother or a back or brown kid of another affluent family in the world. They are given the subjective experience of belonging into the aspiration white elite ways - sex, parties, opulence, exclusivity, living outside the law etc as the carrot at the end of the stick to get them desensitized to crimes as heinous as gang-rapes, murder, DNA abuse etc etc.

On a more tactical level once a sapien is identified as the one to be controlled, another form of entrainment begins using cue technology which is discussed in detail below.

Entrainment starts with watching my thought process and repeating back to me certain activity as statements in whisper which creates a psychological association to their voice, or maybe a entrainment of my consciousness with their voice. Eventually tactics start using words after the voice and the mind of the mark have bound positively. The following are the words used on me so far:

“Wow” is entrained to be said in a whisper whenever I am in am embodied state of stillness. “I See” to fear. “Yup” to confusion. Once the words have been repeated enough times with a specific emotion, the use of that word starts bringing forth that emotion. These entrainments eventually become like Pavlov’s bell to certain words, gestures, behaviors, movements etc. They are all from closely observing my mannerism and catch phrases, which are usually tied to truama states ie. words that cloak vulnerabilities inside us.

The most complex example from this situation is between Mr. Roy Mwangi Ombatti and me, Mansi Kakkar. We were a fling many years ago and are twin flames. A tactic designed was to cue “Okay, She is sure about not wanting it” to me which triggers Roy as it is his deepest fear to make the next move more effective by putting him in a triggered and vulnerable state - The next move is immediately mimicking the sexual impulse inside us which comes in imagery an imagery of sexual arousal and association that is available to him physically is flashed to him; simultaneously another personnel who is in sync with me, moves my embodied expression into a smile by syncing and facial gesture manipulation. Another variation of this same strategy is simultaneously. seeding impulse of sexual arousal using imagery in him AND a rage impulse of throwing my computer in me followed quickly by a facial expression of me biting my lip being manipulated onto my face using sync that has deep sexual association for Roy and me from our sexual history in 2018 in Kenya (which they are privy to by way of satellite cameras and spying on us individually using multiple operatives of Bill Clinton).

5. Level of violation to democracy and bodies using technology developed for the war on terrorism: Picture this, two rival gangs in a neighbourhood of a city. Gunshots, violence, rapes a plenty, but the neighbourhoods far away from the gang holdups don’t even hear them. They might know of them anecdotally, avoid those neighbourhoods, and continue on with their life without directly being impacted by the gang’s activities. Now imagine, a few of those gangs are white. Now comes a historically skewed power and race differential, and these gangs benefit from generation after generation proliferating. Increasing wealth, privilege, power, connections, global gangs! Now imagine a holdup of such a global white gang. Imagine it is 2001. Imagine one gang says, “let’s take down the World Trade Centre as it’s such a fucking joke!!! Hehe, we run the place!! Hehe. Cheers. Done. It’s gonna take 3000 bodies to stage the goddamn place! And I need NASA and the airline industry and the army and viola! I am king!”

The Clintons are kinda like that. And their wealth and power has grown as would any mafia family of the world incognito of the public eye at the cost of people of colour, especially those with lesser means because of white people! Their lives have shaped every major world event over the last two centuries at a minimum. Technology that has been developed under the mastermind of Bill Clinton has been reactive to major cumulative world events where his family system is directly or indirectly spearheading or responding to another rival family gang AND impacts the majority of citizens of the world today.

Imagine someone having access to what you are feeling, what thougths pertain to those feelings to predict when it is going to happen and then use remote breath control tech to dysregulating you by amplifying your fear response every minute while you don’t have money to pay your bills and are also being pursued for murder and the gov thinks you are suicide bomber and every second person you meet is either a spy or an assassin or both! And…..

Some examples of the technologies developed and used are: Mind reading technology, affect monitors, monitors that read states of awareness and/or consciousness, remotely controlled wireless eye control, cueing system, temperature reading, memory reading, replaying and visualizations of my mental imagery. Other capacities that are used in junction with this technology is physical syncing of one human with another beyond time and space, control of emotions (Like sadness, or desire) in others using words or awareness techniques among others. In my case, technology features and new ones were both created based on observing me for 4-5 years.

Mind Reading Software: A digital feed of what someone is thinking displayed to devices remotely. Likely developed in response to 9/11 in the public eye, but the Monica Lewinsky scandal in fact. E.g.: “The aroma of the rice is wonderful” generated on the A$#holes screen far far away in a galaxy where rules don’t matter and sovereignty is for the genetically superior race only when I am in my home opening a box of basmati rice ordered in for dinner and am alone and have not said a word, but just experiencing that! This technology also tracks preemptive thoughts. E.g.: A personnel will be tracking a thought emerging and find a way to block, shape or abuse that information.

Affect Monitors: A digital interface that uses satellite video created for national security abusively to read the facial expression + Mind Reading Content + AI bots that have learnt everything about the person through every phone call, digital artifact, medical data and every other kind of data that a government body would be collecting for governance of common welfare and defense.

State of Awareness/Consciousness Monitor: Monitors that tell when the target is in REM, Deep Sleep, Awake, Awake but dissociated, About to Awake states, Sub-space/Yoga Nidra State as well as brain shutting. This was specifically developed to handle my ‘situation’ by Bill Clinton and was inspired by content I was consuming as part of my own personal training and interest related to birth arts. YUCK! Eg: This is used to whisper hate nothings to me right as I come out of REM to torture me into hating anything man. It can track where my awareness is as any given point of time. Eg: “Notices the cue, deep exhale, slight twitch in facial muscles” etc.

Remotely controlled wireless eye control: Okay, for this one I had to confront some technology blindspots that I had cause its kinda futuristic for me, but its real and if it had not been happening to my own eyes, I would not have believed anyone. Their are glues that you cant see or notice being applied to your own fucking face! And that glue has receptors that I think link to devices remotely to be controlled to generate and wait for it: Blinks at various speeds, single eye blinks, eye flickers of one or both eyes from top or bottom, shift in depth of field, control eye movement and line of vision eg: I am reading a book and the speed with which my eyes glide over the sentences is being manipulated. Another example is my eyes (and head and shoulders !!, but that I will cover later) being entrained to look down to manipulate a guilt embodiment if I am innocent as fuck and have a clean clean record, like not even a fake ID to buy drinks as a teenager!

Update: August 16, 2026, 7:56:59pm PST. Apart from me these have likely been installed on Apurva Vohra, Chhavi Kakkar, Mila Malhotra, Akanksha Chopra, Manisha Kohli and Anmol Chopra. All members of my family system. And also likely Varsha Kakkar, my mother and both Remy and Rohnan who are entrapment babies of Kyle L. and Peter S. (Illegitimate sons of Bill Clinton).

Control system as best estimated based on where I heard cues from and naming them whatever makes sense to me…

Cueing system: Imagine thoughts falling into your mind from no where or a white supremiscists keyboard…Thoughts like ‘Help Bill’, ‘Cunning’, ‘You’, ‘Delete’ and with some DEIB plomp ‘Galat’ the Hindi word for wrong. Yeah, I thought is was God for a bit!! No kidding. And now I am learning that this technology may have been designed to mimic the natural process of listening to the inner voice of our intuition and or our own thoughts but for control purposes, not helpful purposes, at least not by the Clintons!

Protocols in cues use mirroring of idiosynchrocities in neurons, expression, behaviour, beliefs as a form of generating positive association to cuer’s voice who are trying to nudge and injure me during my disability application process.

As of March 24th 2026, I did not even know of cue technology and was wondering what is it that I am receiving and would confuse it as intuition or spiritual directive, until it got clear when it is which of those.

As of July 31st 2026, 2:49 pm PST, I suspect their our at least 3 locations of breath control access points that are used.

Head Nod/Shake Tech: This tech is used to illegally generate uninformed consent, confession during situations. It is used on anyone who has executive powers or power/advantage within the situation. What it feels like is invisible radar beams moving my head in innocuous ways that would be easy to miss, say while I am doing the dishes or painting. It has been used on me multiple times by the Clintons and Ombatti’s. The head not or shake is timed to correspond to a question that is not being asked to me directly or using cue technology, but would register in the video feed of satellite cameras on me. Some types of questions that it is likely used for are “Did you lie about having sex with Karl?” to generate a false admission and ridonkculously “May I kill you?’. From head’s of state is might include, “Do I have your permission to block Mr. Ombatti’s evacuation” or “Can we get 20 minutes of redaction time?” etc.

They even have multiple protocols to succeed at this like the ones listed below:

Lead cap that blocks head nod and shake… and wins me points apparently?! 🤷‍♀️

Cue them something engaging at the same time.
Injure somehow to make more vulnerable using triggering content
Use eye movement to simulate movement of head to make undetectable and natural to the person.
Sync and generate head nods and shakes to abuse mirror neurons to gain strategic blocks real time.
Affirm something intrinsic expressed by them as noted in the affect monitor that automatically makes them create the facial gesture of affirmation and then create a sudden head nod at the same time.
In my natural flow of thought process, a personnel is waiting for my preemptive thought of saying ‘yes’ on their mind reader. As I am about too, they control cue ‘Yes’, while someone else nods my head.

Syncing. This skillset was developed by Bill Clinton by likely abusing religious and spiritual teaching of people like Anastasia and Paramahansa Yogananda. It involves what I am assuming the movement of the subtle body from one location to another to have a kind of auric presence that can exert it’s will of strain, tension onto the body of another far away. This skillset could have a technological basis, but I am not certain based on the experiences I have had with people syncing with me since April 2026. The following images are a representation of what it feels like it happening. We have a brown woman in the outstanding outfit and a white woman in a stunning black and white outfit and the third picture represents the white woman syncing with the brown woman. To the person being synced with, it feels like a ephemeral, low transparency version of the person themselves but not in physical form, yet able to exert enough tension to make my body move and manipulate my gestures, posture, facial expressions without my conscious will. The first time I experienced syncing it was Kimberly Ann Johnson a course instructor I did a few courses over the last few years with, who eventually turned out to be a spy for Bill Clinton who entrapped me for his agenda. Eventually I experienced syncing from an old classmate from college - Megha Shah, an FBI agent Cam S., another professional colleague from a summit in Kenya I attended in 2018, Mercedes B, and also Roy Mwangi Ombatti, Peter Sandler, Bill Clinton, Alex, Paul, Tyler, Stephanie, Ankita as best as I can remember. Syncing is always extremely intrusive as I don’t have choice in exerting a boundary with my fight or flight response as designed by nature to protect myself. It is a choice less intrusion that makes one feel helpless and at the effect of a few people who have this skill.

Some of the things syncing has been used on me for are learning what I am doing without any technology, learning my mannerisms, torture and abuse as well as what is called the signal board game. Where syncers make my body a signal board to communicate with people who cannot be communicated with using regular technology as it would gather evidence who are receiving security video feed from satellite cameras. I have experienced a salicious and a strategic version. Strategic version is where they sync and manipulate my body to communicate strategy as well as ‘take outs’ i.e who needs to be killed to maneuver the situation currently underway at the White House which my disability application has become some how a pawn for the men involved for various agendas from evading accountability to sexual/relational fantasies pertaining to me. The salicious version is where different parts of my face and body are designated to whores in the White House currently, who can be ‘ordered’ by Roy Mwangi Ombatti and Bill Clinton by using syncing and touching one of those parts. Peter Sandler can also for other such games of leading sex scenes which have again, somehow beome part of my experience for applying for disability with just cause. My eyes, eyes, breasts at present are all being touched in sync for sexual solicitation without consent.

As of the date of publishing, I am being used as a “signal board” by Bill Clinton, Tom Clinton, Peter Sandler, Alex (last name unknown to me, but also an illegimate child of Bill Clinton), Paul, Stephanie, Kimberley Ann Johnson, Tyler, Roy Mwangi Ombatti** and Michael and a few others whose names I do not know.

When a disadvantage being faced in the current situation arises of not being able to signal by it being blocked on signaling itself (seconds). A protocol to mitigate that is immediately created. Two personnel who are both illegimate children of Clinton cue messages to the same intent: First one a woman says “Now trust the people who are blocking it to do it without saying signal”. This manipulation is generated by my earlier embodied experience of anchoring into trust of a higher power that was being tracked and spied on by her using the technologies listed above. The tech allows for such real-time abuse of my natural ways of being to get their way moment to moment. After a fail on the first attempt another person, this time male says “they are likely demonstrating signals to someone so don’t say signal now” using fear and intimidation of doing something wrong, which is a trauma response from being abused in elementary school for making mistakes in math, homework and dance has also been gauged by fraudulent access to therapy sessions and medical information.

A few more protocols generated to make signaling possible:

One of the cues that operates behind the mouth above the medula oblongata, I am calling the Control Cue. It is really a torture device created by Clinton to control women primarily and also other black and brown men. It can be used to control breathe, sighs, coughs, sneezes and many other such lung and mouth related biological functions. The control cue is also used to seed words into someone else’s expression. It is also used for entrainment purposes in whisper.

Example:

A personnel/ AI bot cues: “I know bending over not pleasure”
Feeling it generates: Create a false sense of success. This sense of success being anchored manipulatively is gauged by studying and observing me closely enough to know what is a deep value, need, desire, longing inside of me.
Control Cue Signaling: Another operative will use the control cue at that point to generate a deeper breathe

Another example is:

Cue from personnel or AI Bot: “They can’t get together”
Feeling it generates: Sadness, choice less, helplessness
Control Cue Breath Control: Sigh out short

This is a protocol to facilitate signals using a human signal board. The terrorists first identify feeling states that make signaling easier and undetectable to me. They then crate ways of generating those feeling states which the operative is attuned to use to signal.

These micro fluctuations in the nervous system also make it harder for the person being tortured to feel their natural embodied based on direct experience of everyday life. This makes them disconnect from their intuition, their embodied connection to self and thus become more controllable. These protocols are being created to clock twin flame bonds very specifically.

Also while typing this blog, now when I press the save button, the word ‘Yuck’ is cued by a bot to generate an attack emotionally to deter me from writing and saving.

All examples indicate how government technology is used abusively by the Clintons and is likely how he evaded accountability for so many heinous crimes the world over despite multiple situations pertaining them being opened at the White House.

Dream Simulation: They have developed technology to simulate dreams while I am sleeping. One of the first ones was a diabolical reveal of the pecking order of my friends and family. Followed by other dreams related to my twin flame Roy continuing to cheat on me after we are together.

6. Clintonian Skills of Manipulation, Control and Torture: The fundamental approach to manipulate is injure and control. This is achieved by using other capacities in junction with technology discussed thus far, for example - physical syncing of one human with another beyond time and space, control of emotions in others using words or awareness techniques among others. Eg: Having a personnel on mark to read my affect and mind reader and whenever I am feeling doubt or concern around something sacred and important, I will be cued “He (identifiable person of importance) just got up and left”, a way to stop me from feeling that and also give me a false representation of what is happening far away from me in the situation room.

How these technologies and skills work in tandem to create torture, terrorism and monopoly on strategic outcomes that impact the entire population of Earth (sapien and other species):

Examples:

The innocuos power grab: I am the head of a country. My eyes have eye monsters and I don’t even know it. I am in a very important work meeting speaking to other heads of state. Clintons prefer the decision in this meeting to go according to their long term goal of genetic control of the sapien species and/or using children as a means to have legal entities in key governmental, corporate, media and religious institutions the world over. Or lets face it…BOTH! And also not be seen or identified as the ones behind it. The head of states affect and mind is being read and the personnel on her mark (who are all likely to be Clinton babies #babydemic) are all privy to her family medical information, her trauma or other symptoms, her marital stressors, status of relationships with all members of the meeting, who is leanign where etc. They use all this to know which emotions like embarassment, shame, fear, jealousy, avarice for money, confusion, stigma, racisms, prejudice, etc need to be used to effectively administer protocols of control like cuing a word into their control cue when they are feeling shame as they are likely to say it and also not realise it was not their own choice. Another tactic while the meeting is going on is to use the eye monsters and control cue to generate a subtle nod and then that nod will be used (without legal backing if it became visible) to maneuver the meetings decisions to their end. Eg: In my case, Peter Sandler would use an unheard by me cue around a proposal to generate marital rights over me without me even detecting it that blocks certain possibilities in the background of my disability application process.
The mind reading technology also alerts us of what someone might be wanting to say, lets say a leader wants to say “ignore” and a personnel on mark will be on a protocol to notice that on the monitor and immediately cue “ignore” using the control cue. The person chosen, what the contextual emotional reality between them historically/at present and why them cuing would all be factors that make this protocol effective.
A woman who is Bill Clinton’s operative (legal wife, whore on books and also Roy Mwangi Ombatti’s), cues me “Being part of a situation in the white house is the highest professional achievement possible.” Another person cues “Babydemic is a situation called by Mansi Kakkar” A few minutes later Roy Mwangi Ombatti who is being used as an 8-Ball in the situation room by Bill Clinton cues me “You are leading it Mansi”. I immediately say out loud “I am not working, I am disabled and only and only operating in self defense”, sensing an entrapment.
A few things are being done here: First he is using others and not cuing himself. Second, he is using two people of colour as the record will have their voices as the ones responsible, evading all direct involvement himself. Each of the people involved have either been manipulated into believing the intent of this ‘play’ as something they would actually want, or have a vested interest in the intent of Bill Clinton himself which is to block my disability and continue to weaken me with torture until he can have his way. Third, it is the manipulation associated with professional achievement, status, ambition to make a person justifiable and humanly overlook the underlying entrapment to remove my disability status and block payments. Finally, he uses moment by moment interactions between Roy and me to create his strategies. For me: the use of a sense of leadership, which was picked up in interactions yesterday when Roy cued me “Your protocol is actually being used” and I smile a silent smile of an accomplishment I never aspired for, nor thought would happen. Earlier today, Roy discloses “I want you to win the situation” which is picked up by Bill Clinton and his understanding of the ‘play’ is sold based on that. These types of psychologically manuevers are used to gain a certain end in a situation without understanding nor consent from the people operating in good faith and with due process. In the case of Roy and me, twinflames who were just trying to live their life and explore a possible romantic relationship.

They have affect monitors on me 24/7, which give them information of second-by-second feeling reality inside of me and whenever I feel hopeless even if intensity 2 out of 10, the impulse to hurt myself and kill myself gets seeded. This technology also has the capability to influence sexual behavior by displaying imagery pertaining to sex or someone to arouse and then follow through on such a nudge. The imagery is generated by feeding AI programs with ALL satellite feed to match my attire of the day or a person I have shown some arousal towards for example. The imagery is created and seeded real time and has many presets which can be programmed to come from any human once their likeness has been loaded into the software. The generations of impression (visual of say Donald Trump smashing my hips with a chair or Peter Sandler jumping on me with a knife and carving out of heart and eating it, choking me and then fucking my dead body. These presets are developed quickly enough as errors have also been experienced by me. Where the imagery just makes no sense and sort of breaks revealing it as something generated by a fallible sapien and fallible technology developed buy such fallible sapien.

Part B: War on terrorism which is a con on humanity: Osama bin Laden is a name we all know. A name we all associate with Jihadi’s terrorists, the man responsible for 9/11. The man whose ways of being, what he wore all became a huge part of what fear and terrorims became associated with. What has come to me as a shocking revelation is that the real man behind it, wait for it…..Bill Clinton. Yes, a pant suit, cigar smoking rich white man who…wait for it has also been president for two terms, not one. He needed to do it in a way that no one could know the real motive and person paying for the job. This is one of the most heinous cons on modern humanity and its aftermath has continued to impact the lives of almost every human on earth directly or indirectly. The aftermath of 9/11 brought a glaring reality to Clinton, one of the operatives he hired for parts of the con to succeed found a way to protect themselves that he could not forsee, a repeat experience from a previous member of that lineage too and this African family that was already under tight scrutiny of Clinton would now continue to be targeted as part of don retaliation! Which I guess is a thing!
National Security being used is a cover for Bill Clinton’s protocol for immigrant students being under surveillance without due cause who are admitted to Hult International Business School (which I now know is a cover organization for mining immigrant brilliance as cash cows for his investor fraud activities and evolved after his experiences of how brilliant immigrants are after he was outplayed by a African man he was doing not good business with. I was put on a shortlist at Hult that was handed to Clinton or his henchmen to change the protocol on me which would now also include infiltration in family system and personal connections for spying, and copyright infringement from my blog, keynotes, talks, lectures, etc as well as remote assassination if needed eventually.
