What does it mean to have an unhealthy sexuality?

Any single sexual Choice that does not involve mutual informed and embodied consent for ALL involved in a sexual exchange creates a lifelong unhealthy sexuality.

If it’s happened once, your every sexual exchange after that will be tainted by that unconscious energy. Thereby polluting the sacred ritual of love/pleasure/creation.
