Confronting the limiting belief that I don’t deserve life to be easy.

In other words, I deserve to struggle. Life is a struggle.

This energy feels external and imposed and not intrinsic to me.

Making the choice to just be with this while I have an email about rent not being paid and I felt the surge of panic and helplessness.
