Why financial systems fail?

Because rules get called “no longer appropriate” and repealed!

The Great Depression happened in essence because a “hot tip” leaked beyond the moot of the rich. Then a wise man was like yah…I think banks orgs and investment orgs should be different you know cause it caused a great depression!!

65 years later, a don be like you know, I kinda want this thing to be okay and I am president, so lets just repreal the wise man from 65 years ago, what did he know! Right!
