What does accountability mean?

Who pays?

Who makes sure they don’t make the same mistake again?

Who learns how to account for the impact (life, emotions, human, earth resources) of their mistakes?

Who is seen as a guilty party? The one looked at with blame?

It is the “ability to account” for one’s own choices in a way that everyone involved will feel complete and the guilty party feel more congruent and whole inside.
