What do I mean when I say systemic oppresion?

My experience of asking for support on boundary violations and hostility by a colleague resulting in the sudden and unexplainable unlawful termination, defamation and false allegations of misconduct (honest and well meaning employee and star performer who received a 40% raise in 2021), synchronous and odd removal of medical providers including but not limited to Primary Care Provider, Gynecologist and Physical Therapist (all from different legal entities) within days to months of my complaint, denial of managing my financial accounts of another legal entity, and unexplainable intrusions to my privacy digitally and personally post termination for years and, the ring leading of actors from past employers, lovers, family members and corporate espinioage of my business assets all with mal-intent disguised as false allegations.

This type of masterminding made no sense to me prior to 2023 and I would term this denial of human rights at a work place and then cumulatively other social institutions including the fear of death to self, spousal interest and family and friends, blindsided advantage being extorted from students for competitive advantage and financial game or bro bet. - systemic oppression.

Hostile work became a hostile life environment.
