1993, Age 5 - A cricket ball hit me on the left ear, and I fell faint immediately. (March 2026 felt unexplainable heat and pressure on the ear.) Still processing and integrating.

Age 21 - An innocent man was blamed by my partner of touching me on the train and taken to the police station and he was beaten by 2 police officers and I was asked to watch to receive justice. Still processing and integrating.
Age 22ish - Sexual Assault by man on Bus, Mumbai. Processed and Integrated.
Age 23 - Sexual Assault by man at Bus Stand in Mumbai. Processed and Integrated.
Age 23 - Physical Assault by partner, Mumbai. Still processing and integrating.
Age 18-24 - Abuse, Monitoring All social interactions, Controlling outfits, makeup and social contact by partner, Mumbai. Still processing and integrating.
Age 24 - Escaped to the US from an abusive partner using Master’s of Social Entrepreneurship. Immigrant abuse, starting with Hult onwards. (Actors as of now unidentified, got pulled into torture 2023 onwards)
Age 28 - Dog bite, San Francisco. - Processed and Integrated.
Harassment from a colleague (Bill Scott) at Stanford for doing my job of mandatory reporting on an interaction with a minor. Banding other colleagues using manipulation to harass. (Same actors got pulled into torture 2023 onwards)

Despite this, I have been high functioning and excelled because of indigenous healing practices since kindergarten, a family and social culture of love and care, an ancestral diet, and a deep reciprocal bond with nature and God, personal practice of movement since kindergarten, meditation since 18, artistic/writing expression as a healing modality since a youngling.Physical Assault & Attempted Hit and Run 2023 and race-based Harassment (2019 to 2023 leading to unlawful termination in April 2023 - Start Early. Severely incapacitated since events in Feb 2023.
Torture from Mikela, Chris S, Kimberly AJ, et all, 2023 - present. Conspiracy to murder, Corporate Espionage (of my Small Business), Tampering with Evidence, Extortion, Invasion of Privacy, Family System and Friends, Corporate Fraud, Professional Blocking, Infiltration, Sexual abuse of marriage, Denial of human rights, Defamation, Slander. Political Pawning, Plagiarism, Denial of Freedom of Expression. Severely incapacitated since these events.

*Processed: Felt sense (all senses, channels, etc.) of trauma has been felt and metabolised. Activation and charge have been discharged. Embodiment of the body part has been reestablished.
**Integrated: Having a coherent and clear account of the event with continuous awareness and congruent affect.
PS: Most black and brown children, almost all immigrants and refugees, have similar trauma counts due to intergenerational systemic oppression. In some cases in the US, for example, the absence of indigenous healing practices and ancestral diets makes the trauma more insidious and harder to detect and treat. Moreover, the social prejudices and typecasting usually also make it harder to perceive the underlying trauma that results in ‘disruptive’ behaviour. White-skinned folks, even with trauma resolution training, may not be able to correctly diagnose and support someone like me. Privileged/asshole people of colour are also likely to doubt and accuse me of lying.PPS: Almost all can be corroborated, except where incidents were not witnessed by anyone except the aggressor and me.
