Eugenics, a definition based on the crimes of Bill Clinton/Will Clarks.
Eugenics, Definition (Written by Mansi Kakkar with experience within the context of the situation in the White House August 2025 to present) pertaining to the eugenist crimes inflicted on her lineage since 1850s (approx) by Bill Clinton/Will Clarks. These crimes came to light to me while fraud on my disability application has been under investigation in 2026.
Eugenics is an inherited social (delusionary-sociopathic) ideology in which illegal and violent activities are based on the racist interpretation of the scientific works of Charles Darwin Natural Selection (1838) and the Theory of Evolution (On the Origin of Species 1859) among 1-3 million people today who are generally referred to as white supremists.
Eugenists believe that white genes are superior than those of other races on earth and therefore primarily organise around exploitation of those they deem inferior. They target the same lineages generation after generation for exploitation, some beginning as far back as 10-30 ancestors. They do this in many ways described below:
They dehumanize those they deem inferior, by negating their needs, thoughts, point of view, freedom of expression as well as undercutting their hopes, dreams, aspirations, desires. They hold the delusion that they have the power to deny those they seem inferior human rights, as well as life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. They are psychopathic, sadistic and cannibalistic in how they ‘get rid’ of someone they are targeting. They are driven by feeling powerful enough to choose who lives and dies. They see themselves as kings and queens fro this perverted definition of power. They are also driven to thwart what is beautiful, joyful, healthy, whole, natural, valuable, appreciated by others in those they seem inferior. Example: Targeting a beautiful woman’s husband vision to negate this ability to see her, and targeting a dancers knees to remove the source of joy in her. Example: Even if scientific facts are mentioned by someone they are targeting, they are undermined, mocked and made into fodder for creating hate and motivating violent and illegal actions on them by others “SHE thinks we will back off, if we are unsuccessful”, this was the response to a previous articulation of ‘grey rock method”, explained here by Titli Ghosh in a conversation about dealing with bullies. They hold the delusion that they have the power to deny those they seem inferior human rights and "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness". This delusion goes hand in hand with seeing themselves above social systems mentioned in point 8. Example, feeling entitled to a sense of displeasure around the expression of human rights of someone they deem inferior enough to organise around violent and illegal ways of impeding it - “I detest seeing them together” and spent billions of dollars to further such an objective (including development of tech, personnel) of denial of “Right to marriage and to found a family” to someone they deem inferior.
Inhibiting reproduction by way of forced sterilization as well as controlling reproduction by actively mass raping using anaesthesiatic drugs (street word ruffie) that produce memory loss to dilute (’upgrade’ from a eugenists lens) lineages through forced conception and birth with an unidentified father among certain targeted groups.
Genetic theft and framing of people they deem inferior to go scott free for their own crimes that break human rights and international humanitarian law, whose legal penalties would be death penalties or life imprisonment.
Genetic theft (chumming as said among these groups) is murdering with the intent to use body, blood, iris, muscle, bones, body parts, basically DNA with specialized use for tampering with evidence with the intent to frame for felonies and evade death penalties or life imprisonment.
Framing (donkeying as said among these groups) is where the grandparent, parent, child, grandchild as well as aunt, uncle, cousin, sibling, colleagues, lovers, mentors are all targeted for juicing, social exclusion, murder, rape, and/or consecutively framed for felonies.)Create perception among law enforcements and heads of state of criminal activity among families of races that eugenists seem inferior to themselves generation after generation. This is to mimic the reality of the eugenists families themselves and also abuse the widely held beliefs, practices, technology, data among law enforcing institutions, criminal psychology and research about criminal behavior moving down families - “Like father, like son”).
Create hate groups that target people they deem inferior under the delusion of safeguarding a heritage, usually a mark of deep entrainment. They do this by misrepresenting facts about the target. Inciting the fear and insecurities of members of their cliques, as well as by creating a fault sense of machoism in targeting someone “that is out to get us”, even when they are innocent civilains who have made no offensive moves towards the eugenists. They use apps, private chat groups, AI generated content and target both influential as well as ordinary members of society in hate group creation.
Eugenists also juice and roadblock promising entrepreneurs, artists, scientists of people they deem inferior by stealing intellectual property, traditional wisdom, medicinal, religious/ spiritual, cultural property from them without the sensibility of paying for their services or inviting opportunities for success, as they would to those who they seem at par with themselves or as “one of us”. They also extract their ways of being with the intent of killing them off after they are sufficiently juiced and/or holding them back from success and social visibility. Juicing is done for personal gain, building social esteem, success and financial gain by preying on unsuspecting members of society. They do this by monitoring illegally their use of legal communication, digital tools, products or services as well as professional events, networks, trainings, fellowships, summits, presentations, manuscripts, etc. Eg: A business venture of a brown or black person on their personal device on a personal account on google drive is found while they are being monitored and then juiced by eugenists with investors on standby to create and sell that product/service/book/patent/innovation/medical intervention as their own. Eugenists also mimick the juiced person’s manners of speaking, clothing, everyday ways of living, cuisine preferences etc. They also roadblock by way of content flushing digitally through their own members, while actively inhibiting the content channels of their targets, limiting financial access or financial burdening and creating demeaning perceptions about the juiced target socially amongst the influential and powerful.
They also exploit national security for pornification of people they deem inferior. This involves abusing their privacy for derisive ploys with the intent of self/clique gratification, leisure and entertainment. Eg: The women of a “chumed and donkeyed” lineage will be watched by groups of men and women of these groups together while they shower in their own homes, their sexual lives will be watched without legal and personal consent established. or using technology of impulse generating to make a black man ‘sex monkey’ as they would call it derisively, by forced sexual acts including drugging and raping of men as well as religious figureheads.
They also harass and torture physically, mentally, spiritually, emotionally, culturally, relationally people they deem inferior using wireless technology remotely, business entities, events, training material and/or with impersonating and infiltrating members of their own cliques into the professional and social networks of innocent civilians. Premeditated injuries, premeditated medical illness, uglyfication as well as premeditated marital entrapments of people they deem inferior with the intent to gain day to day personal (illegal and uninformed) access for monitoring and control are some strategies used. Example of premeditated medical illness, uglyfication: Using harmones in medication to alter the body weight of a woman, Aishwarya Rai is one such target and so is Mila Malhotra and Akanksha Vohra, my cousin. Mila’s was forced into a double mastectomy on a premeditated false diagnosis. The underlying belief is “a donkey’s daughter cannot be beautiful and walk around among us”. Example of premeditated injuries: Inflicting an ACL rupture by using tech and skills (sync) while someone is playing a sport like ultimate frisbee. Paying a clique member to join a targets soccer pick up game and injure by violently kicking on knees. Example: Creating online courses like BrahmaVidya & Yoga Therapy with the intent to abuse the mother of a mark. The direct marketing/targeting is done by abuse of privacy and intelligence tech like mind readers and national security satellite cameras.
Eugenists also see themselves above social systems but also abuse social systems. They abuse business entities and market dynamics to further their goals of killing people they see inferior to themselves. Example: I will hide my legal name so that no charges can be placed on my ‘fake’ identity, which no one knows is fake. Example: I will start a new brand in India that sells Indian cuisine groceries, make the export pipeline of that brand wherever Indians shop globally and use what they like to eat to kill, say a family enjoys rusk (and Indian snack), they will make that product available under an owned business entity to poison and kill off while the clique watches as a show. Example: They maintain a financial growth rate of 4% to 14% above the national GDP of one of the wealthiest nations (USA) as well as see social services and other government benefits and institutions as below them. They may also resort to minting their own currencies and creating drugs without FDA approval or fraudulent approval gained through deception and tampering with research. They view those who use these systems as inferior and derision worthy. “Pussies, Pansy’s and Parasites” would be the way they would describe them. Members of the inner most clique do not have social security numbers, do not pay taxes and nor do they see the law as applicable to them. They undermine social institutions - government, religion etc by treating them as their own ‘living room’ to do as they please without any accountability. They actively invest operatives to create rumours, impede due process by murder, sexual entrapment, forced preganancies, spies that are genetically linked worldover etc. Example: The secretary of army, 80% senators, the FDA executive director, every NASA centre executive leadership, IRS leadership are all spies who have Kennedy/Clinton genes as of January 2026.
Eugenics also includes the mass reproduction of children all over the world with the intent to be spies who get appointed by and rise in ranks of local, state, national and international institutions like governments, businesses, research, organization, educational institutions, police, military, media and journalism, telecommunications, energy, transportation, religion. For example over 10000 to million offsprings of one father. Some children are unaware to begin and eventually parentage is disclosed when their designation/social affinity is needed for some form of political, social maneuvering. They also target executive leaders/ heads of state through forced conception and birth with an unidentified father to the wife of the executive head or female executive head herself of local, state and national and international institutions like governments, businesses, research organization, educational institutions, police, military, media and journalism, telecommunications, religion. Many offspring are unaware of their father and many are entrained since birth. Eg: Indira Gandhi was born of a drugged rape of Kamala Nehru to have a invisible legal in in Indian political system.
Eugenists, also actively scout for vulnerable members of society to make targets (ranging to ages new borns to elderly) for various violent and illegal purposes like entrapment ploys that use children, ritualized (to count as religious practice and go scott free) homicide and cannibalism, genetic theft for framing, testing, violent entertainment of both sexual and physical nature, juicing among other such activities. They actively use research (about trauma, human behaviour, nervous system, biology) as well as demographic data to succeed in such violent and illegal activities. o create shame/guilt for lifelong entrainment. Eg: Hitting a child before they get scouted for murder for genetic framing or testing (willfully generating freeze state in a child to make them shut down and silent). And also eg: Scouting for vulnerable members of society by training scouts to look for a child of a single black mother or one whose husband is in prison for petty crimes, an immigrant with PTSD or promising entrepreneur, artists, innovator of minority groups, or a beautiful freshly pubescent female to perform violent sexual acts like frequent raping, gang rape and murder, a one year old son of a influential family from Kenya.
They also use weather manipulation to achieve the above goals, more liberally over populations that they seem inferior to themselves. Eg: Shifting the weather without regard for its long term implications of local and global ecosystems in Kenya around September 2026 to communicate what year the dates have to be for their operatives to mimic fraud globally. Such hidden tactics of weather and time changes are done to maneuver political agendas in the White House or elsewhere as and when needed. Another more shocking example is making the weather cloudy in Oakland to not let a mark who is enjoying a new mist generating device be useful by the shift in temperature.
They actively invest and develop technology, operatives and connections for succeeding in all above illegal and violent activities. Mostly using deceit with the underlying intent hidden to most except those in the innermost clique. Some examples of the technologies developed and used are: Mind reading technology, affect monitors, monitors that read states of awareness and/or consciousness, remotely controlled wireless eye control, cueing system, temperature reading, memory reading, replaying and visualizations of my mental imagery. Other capacities that are used in junction with this technology is physical syncing of one human with another beyond time and space, control of emotions (Like sadness, or desire) in others using words or awareness techniques among others, nervous system blocking to not allow someone to move through their natural process between fear and clarity, mechanical swallows in the mouth, impulse seeding, wireless choking of an unarmed civilian etc.
Some examples of people who have been targeted by eugenist Bill Clinton/Will Clarks are:
1) Nehru’s wife Kamala being raped by Joseph P. Kennedy Sr., resulting in an offspring Indira Gandhi, who was also in turn abused while she was a head of state in India, along with further entrapments marriages and forced pregnancies.
2) Ben Affleck & JLo, were systematically blocked from their romantic relationship and the Bobby Kennedy’s daughter Angelina Jolie was maneuvered towards Brad Pitt to overshadow the hype around ‘Benny’. This was watched by members of Bill’s eugenist clique as part of ‘reality tv’ like abuse of the lives of people all over the world.
3) Bobby Kennedy & John F Kennedy both, feigned their own death and lived in the white house as part of a lifelong ploy to override ALL government procedures to keep their crimes hidden. They are all responsible for the murder of Malcom X, a promising artist and leader in a minority community that was roadblocked, murdered and eventually multiple generations of his family system were also entrapped and abused.
