Eugenics, a definition based on the crimes of Bill Clinton/Will Clarks.
Eugenics, Definition (Written by Mansi Kakkar with experience within the context of the situation in the White House August 2025 to present) pertaining to the eugenist crimes inflicted on her lineage since 1800s (known) by Bill Clinton/Will Clarks. These crimes came to light while fraud on my disability application were being investigated.
Eugenics is an inherited social ideology in which activities are based on the racist interpretation of the scientific works of Charles Darwin - Natural Selection (1838) and the Theory of Evolution (On the Origin of Species 1859) by the white supremists of his time that lives on today among 1-3 million people (all Anglo-Saxon).
This group of people ascribe to the belief that white genes are superior than those of other races on earth and therefore primarily organise around exploitation of those they deem inferior. They target the same lineages generation after generation for exploitation, some beginning as far back as 10-30 ancestors. They do this in many ways described below:
Inhibiting reproduction by way of forced sterilization as well as controlling reproduction by actively mass raping using anaesthesiatic drugs (street word rufie) that produce memory loss to dilute (’upgrade’ from a eugenists lens) lineages through forced conception and birth with an unidentified father among certain targeted groups.
Genetic theft and framing of people they deem inferior to go scott free for their own crimes that break human rights and international humanitarian law, whose legal penalties would be death penalties or life imprisonment.
Genetic theft (chumming as said among these groups) is murdering with the intent to use body, blood, iris, muscle, bones, body parts, basically DNA with specialized use for tampering with evidence with the intent to frame for felonies and evade death penalties or life imprisonment.
Framing (donkeying as said among these groups) is where the grandparent, parent, child, grandchild as well as aunt, uncle, cousin, sibling, colleagues, lovers, mentors are all targeted for juicing, social exclusion, murder, rape, and/or consecutively framed for felonies.)
Apart from evading severe penalties, eugenists also do this to create perception among law enforcements and heads of state of criminal activity among families generationally of races that eugenists seem inferior to themselves. This is to mimic the reality of the eugenists families themselves and also abuse the widely held beliefs, practices, technology, data among law enforcing institution, criminal psychology and research about criminal behavior moving down families - “Like father, like son”).The present day organising on previously “chumed and donkeyed” lineages include control of marriage by premeditated marital entrapments with the intent to gain day to day personal (illegal and uninformed) access for monitoring and control to keep past crimes hidden and violent unlawful entertainment of eugenists. The groom or bride is usually being paid and may also be geneticaly related to the eugenist without knowledge of this to the target to perform being an actual husband/wife but partake in group ploys and activities of sexual harrasment, sexual assault of other family members of spouse, financial and emotional abuse, abuse of privacy,nudging towards body mutilation or cosmetic surgeries, doppling etc. They also actively break up and distance families, siblings within a family system to make them more controllable abusing wireless technology build for security purposes.
Eugenists exploit the monitoring and control of “chumed and donkeyed” lineages by extracting (juicing and roadblocking as said among these groups) promising entrepreneurs, artists, scientists in these lineages by stealing intellectual property, traditional wisdom, medicinal, religious/ spiritual, cultural, ways of being with the intent of killing them off after they are sufficiently juiced and/or holding them back from success and social visibility. Juicing is done for personal gain, building social esteem, success and financial gain by preying on unsuspecting members of society. They do this by monitoring illegally their use of legal communication, digital tools, products or services as well as professional events, networks, trainings, fellowships, summits, presentations, manuscripts, etc. Eg: A business venture of a brown or black person on their personal device on a personal account on google drive is found while they are being monitored and then juiced by eugenists with investors on standby to create and sell that product/service/book/patent/innovation/medical intervention as their own. Eugenists also mimick the juiced person’s manners of speaking, clothing, everyday ways of living, cuisine preferences etc. They also roadblock by way of content flushing digitally through their own members, while actively inhibiting the content channels of their targets, limiting financial access or financial burdening and creating demeaning perceptions about the juiced target socially amongst the influential and powerful. They may also resort to create hate groups to harrass and even eliminate the target being juiced.
They also exploit, the surveillance technology created for national security for pornification of “chumed and donkeyed” lineages. As well as abusing their privacy for derisive ploys with the intent of self/clique gratification, leisure and entertainment. Eg: The women of a “chumed and donkeyed” lineage will be watched by groups of men and women of these groups together while they shower in their own homes, their sexual lives will be watched without legal and personal consent established. They will harassed and tortured physically, mentally, spiritual, emotionally using the wireless technology remotely and/or with impersonating and infiltrating members of their own cliques into their professional and social networks. Eg: Premeditated injuries and premeditated medical illness on a target and uglyfication of his wife remotely, without ever being detected as premeditated.
Eugenics also includes the mass reproduction of children all over the world with the intent to be spies appointed by and rise in ranks of local, state, national and international institutions like governments, businesses, research, organization, educational institutions, police, military, media and journalism, telecommunications, religion and/or target executive leaders/ heads of state through forced conception and birth with an unidentified father to the wife of the executive head or female executive head herself of local, state and national and international institutions like governments, businesses, research organization, educational institutions, police, military, media and journalism, telecommunications, religion. For example over 10000 to million offsprings of one father. Many offspring are unaware of their father and many are entrained since birth with the intent to be spies appointed by and rise in ranks to executive level to the same ends of a. managing the risk of their crimes being found out by authorities, b. maintain exploitation without getting caught of existing chummed and juiced families and c. to maintain a financial growth rate (4% to 14%) above the national GDP of one of the wealthiest nations.
Eugenists, also train members of their groups to scout for targets (ranging to ages new borns to elderly) for various violent and illegal purposes like entrapment ploys that use children to be killed to create shame/guilt for lifelong entrainment, genetic theft for framing, testing, violent entertainment of both sexual and physical nature, juicing among other such activities. They actively use trauma research as well as demographic data to train and perform such activities. Eg: Hitting a child before they get scouted for murder for genetic framing or testing (willfully generating freeze state in a child to make them shut down and silent). And also eg: Scouting for vulnerable members of society by training scouts to look for a child of a single black mother or one whose husband is in prison for petty crimes, an immigrant with PTSD or promising entrepreneur, artists, innovator of minority groups, or a beautiful freshly pubescent female to perform violent sexual acts like frequent raping, gang rape and murder.
Some examples of people who have been targeted by eugenist Bill Clinton/Will Clarks are:
1) Nehru’s wife Kamala being raped by Joseph P. Kennedy Sr., resulting in an offspring Indira Gandhi, who was also in turn abused while she was a head of state in India, along with further entrapments marriages and forced pregnancies.
2) Ben Affleck & JLo, were systematically blocked from their romantic relationship and the Bobby Kennedy’s daughter Angelina Jolie was maneuvered towards Brad Pitt to overshadow the hype around ‘Benny’. This was watched by members of Bill’s eugenist clique as part of ‘reality tv’ like abuse of the lives of people all over the world.
3) Bobby Kennedy & John F Kennedy both, feigned their own death and lived in the white house as part of a lifelong ploy to override ALL government procedures to keep their crimes hidden. They are all responsible for the murder of Malcom X, a promising artist and leader in a minority community that was roadblocked, murdered and eventually multiple generations of his family system were also entrapped and abused.
