Bring in more people into the Whitehouse to create (absolutely unlikely) possibilities to shift advantage by assassinations and other violent acts, like poisoning all of one neighbourhood in Oakland etc.
Use Roy & Mansi and their next of kin (and some whores of terrorists if needed) as guinea pigs to spruce up torture and control tech developed by clinton/kennedy cartel over the years to sell it and or use it to continue a reign of power that has in fact been completely busted.
